therefore,

(37+y) × y = 120

37y+y^2 =120

y^2=120+37y

0= -y^2 -37y+120

0=-y^2-40y+3y+120

0=-y(y+40)+3(y+40

0=(y+40)(-y+3)

therefore, the no. will be 40 and 3

40-3=37

40 × 3=120
