Let one number be x
As their sum is 27 so the other will be (27-x)
According to the question..
(x)(27-x)=182
27x-x^2=182
x^2-27x+182=0
x^2-14x-13x+182=0
x(x-14)-13(x-14)=0
(x-13)(x-14)=0
If x=13 then other will be 14
If x=14 then other will be 13
Hope it helps...
Thank you !
