We have to find five rational numbers between 0.5 and 0.55
⇒ 0.5 = 50/100

⇒ 0.55 = 55/100

⇒ (50*2)/(100*2)
⇒ 100/200

⇒ (55*2)/(100*2)
⇒ 110/200

So, there are many rational numbers between 100/200 and 110/200
Five of them are
101/200 = 0.505
102/200 = 0.510
103/200 = 0.515
104/200 = 0.520
105/200 = 0.525
