You need to find 2 rational numbers .

Multiply the fractions by 3/3

 \frac{ - 3}{7}  =  \frac{ - 3}{7}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 9}{21}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 4}{7}  =  \frac{ - 4}{7}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 12}{21}  \\  \\

Two rational numbers between -9/21 and -12/21 are: -10/21 and -11/21

Answer: -10/21 ; -11/21

To find the rational numbers between -3/7 and -4/7, multiple both of then by 3/3.

 \frac{ - 3}{7} \times \frac{3}{3} = \frac{ - 9}{21} \\ \\ \frac{ - 4}{7} \times \frac{3}{3} = \frac{ - 12}{21}

Therefore, we have to find the rational numbers between -9/21 and -12/21.

So, -10/21 and -11/21 are the two rational numbers between -9/21 and -12/21.
