Answer:

Let a = -1/2 and b = -3/2;

To find rational no. between no.. the formula is(a+b)/2

so (a+b)/2

[(-1/2)+(-3/2)]/2 = (-4/2) = -2 (i.e 1st rational no.)

now, a= -1/2 and b= -2

[(-1/2) + (-2)]/2 = -5/2(i.e 2nd rational no.)

so.., the Two rational numbers are: -2 and -5/2
