Firstly ,

  • To find rational number between any two rational number if have to first multiple it with (n+1)
  • Here n is equal to the number of rational numbers to be found.

Now,

  • We have to find two rational number so (n+1) =(2+1) = 3
  • So, we have to multiple 3 to both the numbers.

= -2 × 3 ; 1 × 3

= -6 ; 3

The rational numbers are \dfrac{-5}{1}, \dfrac{-4}{1}.
