There are 2 ways for finding so

1st:

1/4=0.25

1/2=0.50

Now find as many number as you want such as 0.26, 0.27, 0.3671. Find as many as you want, as there are unlimited to find

But this way won’t work for all numbers as we dont know the exact value of reciprocals of every number. Here, however, it will help a lot.

2nd:

1/4=1/4=10/40

1/2=2/4=20/40

Now just find rational numbers between them such as 21/40, 22/40, 25/40 etc.
