now,

8*3/12*3= 24/36 and 9*3/12*3= 27/36

Answer :

We have to,

  • Find two rational numbers between \dfrac{2}{3} and \dfrac{3}{4}

Firstly,

  • Let us first make the denominator same .

= \dfrac{2}{3} ; \dfrac{3}{4}

= \dfrac{2×4}{3×4} ; \dfrac{3×3}{4×3}

= \dfrac{8}{12} ; \dfrac{9}{12}

Now,

  • As we have to find two rational numbers we will multiply it with 3
  • That is , ( n + 1) = (2 + 1) = 3

= \dfrac{8×3}{12×3} ; \dfrac{9×3}{12×3}

= \dfrac{24}{36} ; \dfrac{27}{36}

So,

  • Write all the two numbers coming between these two rational numbers

= \dfrac{27}{36} < \dfrac{26}{36} < \dfrac{25}{36} < \dfrac{24}{36}.
