bt the easiest method is

multiply by n+1 to both numerator and denominator of both given numbers , where is is the number of rational numbers that question hv asked to find

here question is asking to find 2 numbers

here n=2 so we will multiply by 3(2+1) to numerator and deno. of both given numbers

so -2 will bcome -6/3 and 5 will bcom15/3

note : here we can easily find numbers wdout applying this formula bcoz there are -1 0 1 2 3 4

between -2 and 5

and by applying formula we can say that numbers from -6/3 to 15/3 are all rational nos between -2 and 5
