Two rational number between
 \frac{ - 1}{3}  \: and \:  \frac{1}{2}
So, taking the LCM that is 6
Multiple both the sides by 6 and in both denominator and numerator
 \frac{ - 1}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{2}  \: and \:  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  \\   \frac{ -2}{6} \:  and \:  \frac{3}{6} \\ so \: two \: rationl \: numers \: are \:  \frac{ - 1}{6} and \:  \frac{2}{6}
