$\frac{2}{7} \times ( - \frac{3}{10} ) - \frac{1}{14} + \frac{3}{10} \times \frac{3}{4} \\ = ( - \frac{3}{35} ) - \frac{1}{14} + \frac{9}{40} \\ = - ( \frac{3}{35} + \frac{1}{14} ) + \frac{9}{40}$
$= - ( \frac{6 - 5}{70} ) + \frac{9}{40} \\ = \frac{9}{40} - \frac{1}{70} \\ = \frac{63 - 4}{280}$
$= \frac{59}{280} \: \: \:$
