Let x = 0.32(58 bar)


100x = 32.58 bar



As there are two numbers under bar, Multiply by 100



100 × 100x = 100 × 32.58 bar

=> 10000x = 3258.58 bar





Now, subtract 100x from both sides,



1000x - 100x = 3258.58 bar - 32.58 bar


=> 9900x = 3226



$x = \frac{3226}{9900}$


Then, 0.32(58 bar) is 3226/9900
