Find value of k for which the pair of linear equation -3x+5y=7 and 2kx-3y=1 represents an intersecting line. also find the point of intersection

slope of first line is 3/5 and of second line 2k/3 if they are equal k=9/10. For all values of k other than 9/10 we have intersecting lines. let k=1.5 -3x+5y=7. 3x-3y=1 have solution y=4. x=13/3
