Answer:

6x^2+kx-2----------(1)

3x(2x-1)+2(2x-1)

=6x^2-6x+4x-2

=6x^2-2x-2-----------(2)

Comparing (1)&(2) we get,

Kx=(-2x)

K=(-2)

Answer:

k = 1

Step-by-step explanation:

ax² + bx + c = a(x - x_{1})(x - x_{2})

First factor is (2x - 1)

6x² = 2x × 3x

- 2 = (- 1)(2)

Thus, second factor is (3x + 2)

6x² + kx - 2 =(2x - 1)(3x + 2) ===> k = 1

---------------

(2x - 1)(3x + 2) = 6x² + x - 2
