3x+2 = 0
3x = -2
x = -2/3
(-2/3)³ + k(-2/3)² -7(-2/3) +k = 0
-8/27 + k(4/9) +14/3 + k = 0
-8/27 + 4k/9 + 14/3 + k = 0
-8 + 12k + 126 + 27k /27 = 0
118 + 39k /27 = 0
118 + 39k = 27
39k = 27 - 118
39k = -91
k = -91/39
