Answer:

m=17/4,n=-1/5

Step-by-step explanation:

If the condition is infinitely many solutions it is a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2

2m-1/3=3/n-1=-5/-2

taking a1/a2=c1/c2

2m-1/3=-5/-2

-2[2m-1]=-5[3]

=-4m+2=-15

-4m=-15-2

=-17

m=-17/-4=17/4

m=17/4

taking b1/b2=c1/c2

=3/n-1=-5/-2

5[n-1]=-2[3]

=5n-5=-6

5n=-6+5

=-1

n=-1/5

the value of m=17/4 and n=-1/5
