Answer:

let one root be =x

the other will be=2x

sum of roots =-b/a

x+2x=-(-3p/2)

3x=3p/2

x=p/2...............(i)

now,

product of roots =c/a

x(2x)=5q/2

2x^2=5q/2

from (i)

(p/2)^2=5q/4

q=p^2/5
