Step-by-step explanation:

tan(60°+45°) =

(tan60° + tan45°)/1-tan60°tan45°

=(√3+1) /(1-√3)

bcoz we know that , tan(A+B) =(tanA+tanB) /1-tanAtanB

hope it will be helpful for u...

Given,

tan105°

To Find,

The value

Solution,

We know that,

tan(A + B) = (tanA + tanB) /1 - tanAtanB

tan60° = √3

tan45° = 1

So, according to the question

tan(60°+45°) = (tan60° + tan45°) / 1 - tan60°tan45°

                     = (√3 + 1) / (1 - √3)

                     = (1 + √3) / (1 - √3) x (1 + √3) / (1 + √3)

                     = (1 + 3 + 2√3) / (1 - 3)

                     = (4 + 2√3) / (-2)

                     = -(2 + √3)

Hence, the value of tan 105° is -(2 + √3).
