find value of x if sin(x-20)=cos(3x-10)

Hi mate
here is ur answer

sin(x-20)=cos(3x-10)

let take the x-20 as theta

sin[90-(x-20)]=cos (3x-10)
sin(90-x+20)=cos(3x-10)...... {complementary angles}
cos(110-x)=cos(3x-10)

these cos will get cancelled

110-x=3x-10
120=4x

so, X=30
