a. exterior angle = sum of opposite interior angle

x= 65+35

x = 100

Step-by-step explanation:

b. exterior angle = sum of opposite interior angle

x= 115-80

x= 35

c.exterior angle = sum of opposite interior angle

x= 165-90

x= 75

d.exterior angle = sum of opposite interior angle

x= 135-15

x= 120

Step-by-step explanation:

(a) Solution :- By exterior angle property,

x = 65° + 35°

x = 100°

Hence , the value of x is 100°.

(b) Solution :- By exterior angle property,

115° = 80° + x

115° - 80° = x (on transposing 80

to LHS )

or 35° = x

Hence , the value of x = 35°.

(c) Solution :- By exterior angle property,

165° = 90° + x

165° - 90° = x

75° = x

Hence, the value of x = 75°.

(d) Solution :- x + 15° = 130°

x = 130° - 15°

x = 115°

Hence, the value of x = 115°.

NOTE :-

Theorem : If a side of a triangle is produced , then the exterior angle so formed is equal to the sum of the two opposite interior angles.

Hope it help you!!
