4 {x}^{2}  + 9 - 12x = 4x - 6

4 {x}^{2}  + 9 + 6 - 12x - 4x = 0

4 {x}^{2} - 16x + 15 = 0

4 {x}^{2}  - (10 + 6)x + 15 = 0

4 {x}^{2}  - 10x - 6x + 15 = 0

2x(2x - 5) - 3(2x - 5) = 0

(2x - 5)(2x - 3) = 0

2x - 5 = 0

x =  \frac{5}{2}

2x - 3 = 0

x =  \frac{3}{2}
