Cos A = Sin 285° = Cos (90° - 285°) as Sin Ф = Cos (90° - Ф)
= Cos (- 195° ) = Cos (360° - 195°) Cos Ф = Cos (360+Ф)
= Cos 165°
Hence
A = 165° or (360° - 165°) = 195°
= Cos (- 195° ) = Cos (360° - 195°) Cos Ф = Cos (360+Ф)
= Cos 165°
Hence
A = 165° or (360° - 165°) = 195°
