Gram panchayath in the Panchayat Office is the chosen administrator in India who manages all the affairs in the community so the documents managed by him.

There is no archive for this purpose and the and Sarpanch controls it.

These records are utilized by the head of the village in order to make the arrangements and be honest to people when there is a requirement for providing a loan or in the case of unusual happenings.

The documents stored in the panchayat office is the date of births and estimate of deaths in a cycle, assets, data of health insurance.

These documents are used by villagers when they require them and when they use certain records the receipts are issued to them.
