(i) Cyclic

(ii) planar (All carbon atoms must be Sp2 Hybridised)

(iii) Delocalisation of pi electrons must be present

(iv) Should Follow Hückel’s (4n + 2 ) rule.

[If n=0,1,2,3,4.......etc

Hückel numbers are 2,6,10,16....etc]

This compound has 3 * 2 = 6 pi electrons

6 is a Hückel Number.

So this compound follows all the rules of AROMATICITY.
