find without actual division weather 6÷15 represents terminating decimal expansion or non terminating repeating decimal expansion

id the denominator can be expressed in the form of 2^a*5*b then it will have a terminating decimal expansion .

since 15=3*5*2^0

and has both 2 and 5 in the denominator therefore it will have terminating decimal expansion.

NOTE:here is left in the denominator but since it divides three therefore the answer won't change.
