=>x = 3 + 2y ---(1)

and,

3x - 9t=1

=> x =(1+9t)/3 ---(2)

On comparing eqn. 1 & 2 we get,

3+2y=(1+9t)/3

=>3 ( 3+2y)=1+9t (cross multiplication)

=>9+6y=1+9t

=> 8 = 9t - 6y
