here is ur answer sis.
as u can see we can do cross multiple then :-
3x+2/2x-3 = 3/4
by doing cross multiplication
4(3x+2) = 3(2x-3)
12x+8 = 6x-9
rearrange
12x-6x = -9-8
6x = -17
x = -17/6
