Answer:

root3/root5 can also be written as

(3/5)^1/2

now

(3/5)^(1/2×x+1)=125/27

(3/5)^(x+1)/2=(5/3)^3

=(3/5)^-3

now if base equal than power equal

(x+1)/2=-3

x+1=-3×2

x+1=-6

x=-6-1=-7
