120°+y=180°

y=60°

The sum of the three angles of a triangle is 180°

Therefore,

50°+y+x=180°

50°+60°+x=180°

110°+x=180°

x=70°

Hence,x=70° & y=60°

We know, linear pair of angles are supplementary

=> y + 120° = 180°

=> y = 60°

Also, exterior angle of a triangle is always equals to sum of two interior opposite angles.

so, 50° + x = 120°

=> x = 120° - 50°

=> x = 70°
