Solution:-

Let P(x+3,5) and Q(6,2x+y) be the given points.

Given that,

P(x+3,5)=Q(6,2x+y)

On comparing,we deduce:

x+3=6 and 2x+y=5

Now,

x+3=6

=>x=6-3

=>x=3

Also,

2x+y=5

=>2(3)+y=5.

=>y=6-5

=>y=-1

Hence, (x,y)=(3,-1)

Let me clarify some concepts,

Cartesian Plane:

A cartesian plane is a system of coordinates that expresses numbers uniquely.

→ A co-ordinate is a set of two numbers

→Origin of point of intersection of x axis& y axis and has coordinates (0,0)

→The x axis also known as abscissa,is the horizontal line in the Cartesian Plane

→The Y axis also known as ordinate,is the vertical line of the same
