U can solve it simultaneously
152x-378y= -74 -1
-378x+152y= -604 -2

Multiply 378 in eq1 and 152 in eq2
57456x-142884y= -27972
-57456x+23104y= -91808
_____________________

-119780y= -119780
y=1

57456x-142884= -27972
57456x=114912
x=2
