therefore, angle A = 180 - 80 = 100 degree ( linear pair ).

Angle B = 180 - 100 = 80 degree ( angle A and angle B are co - interior angle ).

therefore, x = 80 degree. ( vertically opposite angles are equal ).

opposite angle of B = 80 degree ( opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal ).

y = 180 - 80 = 100 degree. ( linear pair ).

Therefore, X = 80 degree

Y = 100 degree.
