Hi!

y + ∠ABP = 180(linear pair)

y + 100 = 180

y = 180 - 100

y= 80

for x,

x + ∠ACB = 100 (exterior angle property)

x + 60 = 100

x = 100 - 60

x = 40

OR

y + x + ∠ACB = 180(angle sum property)

80 + x + 60 = 180

x + 140 = 180

x = 180 - 140

x = 40

hey there

here is your answer

∠PBA + ∠ABC = 180° ( LINEAR PAIR )

100° + y = 180 °

y = 180° - 100°

y = 80°°

we know that the sum of the angles in a triangle is always equal to 180°

in ΔABC

by angle sum property

x + y + 60 ° = 180°

x + 80° + 60° = 180°

x = 180 ° - 140°

x = 40°
