1/4! + 1/5! =x /6!
1/4*3*2*1 + 1/5*4*3*2*1 = x / 6*5*4*3*2*1
1/24 + 1/120 = x / 720
5+1 /120 =x /720
6/120 =x /720
1/20 = x /720
20x = 720
x = 720/20
x= 36
36 is answer.

Given:

An equation is given to us which is

To Find:

We have to simplify the equation?

Step-by-step explanation:

Factorial:

  • The factorial of any number is denoted by the n!, and it is calculated by the fomula like for n! it will be n(n-1)(n-2)up to 1.
  • Now we have the given equation is

         \frac{1}{4!} +\frac{1}{5!} =\frac{x}{6!}

  • First of all we will cross multiply the given equation

        6!(\frac{1}{4!} +\frac{1}{5!} )=x

  • Now simplify the bracets we will get

       \frac{6!}{4!} +\frac{6!}{5!} =x

  • Now we will write the value of rewquired factorial which are given as

        6!=6\times5\times4\times3\times2\times1\\4!=4\times3\times2\times1\\5!=5\times4\times3\times2\times1\\\frac{6\times5\times4\times3\times2\times1}{4\times3\times2\times1}+\frac{6\times5\times4\times3\times2\times1}{5\times4\times3\times2\times1}=x\\

  • Now put the values of factorial in the above equation we will get

         \frac{6\times5\times4\times3\times2\times1}{4\times3\times2\times1}+\frac{6\times5\times4\times3\times2\times1}{5\times4\times3\times2\times1}=x\\

  • Now simplify the above equation by cance;lling the terms

       6\times5+6=x\\x=36

Hence, the value of x is 36.
