we have

(-2/3)^-13 × (3/-2)^8=(-2/3)^-2x+1

=》(-2/3)^-13 ×(-2/3)^-8=(-2/3)^-2x+1

when base are equal then power will also equal

=》-13 +(-8)=-2x+1

=》-13-8-1=-2x

=》-22=-2x

cancelling (-) from both sides

22=2x

=》22/2=x

=》11=x

Answer:11

Step-by-step explanation:

(−2/3)

−13

×(3/−2)

8

=(−2/3)

−2x+1

(−2/3)

−13

×(3/−2)

−8

=(−2/3)

−2x+1

(−2/3)

−13−8

=(−2/3)

−2x+1

(−2/3)

−21

=(−2/3)

−2x+1

Now by comparing the powers, we get

−21=2x+1

2x=1+21

2x=22

x=22/2

=11
