Answer:

 { - 3}^{x + 4}  \times  { - 3}^{5}  =  { - 3}^{11}

 {3}^{x + 4}  =  \frac{ { - 3}^{11} }{  { - 3}^{5} }

 {3}^{x + 4}  =  { - 3}^{11 - 5}

 {3}^{x + 4}  =   { - 3}^{6}

x + 4 = 6

x = 6 - 4

x = 2

So value of x is 2
