After comparing,

 {x}^{2}  - 4x = 5x + 2 \\  {x}^{2}  - 4x - 5x - 2 = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  - 9x - 2 = 0 \\ x =  \frac{9 +  \sqrt{ {9}^{2}   + 4 \times 2} }{2}  =  \frac{9 +  \sqrt{89} }{2}  \\ ans.
