Triangle 1) Perpendicular= 4 cm

                 Base= 3 cm

Hypotenuse= ?

H²= B²+P²

H²= 3²+4²

H²= 9+ 16

H²= 25

H= √25

H= 5

Triangle 2) Base= 5

                  Perpendicular= 3

Hypotenuse= ?

H²= B²+P²

H²= 5²+3²

H²= 25+9

H²= 36

H= √36

H= 6

Now, we will put the quantities of both hypotenuses and find x.

x= 6+5

x= 11
