i dont know that these are parallel but if these are parallel then

let y be angle above 75

75+y=180 (linear pair)

y=105

so corresponding to y is also 105

so there is vertically opposite angle of 105

and the angle 128

let z be angle above 128

so z+128=180 (linear pair)

z=52

so x+52+105=180

x=23
