x + (x + 29°) + (x - 17°) = 180°
3x + 12° = 180°
3x = 180 - 12
3x = 168° 
x = 168/3
x = 56°

Therefore, ∠AOC measures 56°.
∠COD measures 85°. 
And ∠DOB measures 39°.
