a^m×a^n=a^mn

=(-7)^1+x+7=(-7)^19

if bases are equal powers are also equal

1+x+7=19

8+x=19

x=19-8

x=11

as the base are same , that is minus7

and the powers are different

so,as we know, same base but different powers means we should add the powers when they are in multiplication.
