 {3}^{2x + 1}  \div 9 = 27

Write the number in exponential form with base 3.

 {3}^{2x + 1}  \div  {3}^{2}  =  {3}^{3}

 {3}^{2x - 1}  =  {3}^{3}

Since bases are same so we equate powers

2x - 1 = 3

2x = 3 + 1

2x = 4

x =  \frac{4}{2}

x = 2

hope it helps you.....✌
