We use exterior angle property to solve this question.

According to exterior angle property of triangle, sum of 2 interior angles of triangle is always equal to it's exterior angle.

By this property,

⇒ 65° + 35° = 3x - 2

⇒ 100° = 3x - 2

⇒ 100° + 2 = 3x

⇒ 102° = 3x

⇒ 34° = x

So value of x is 34°
