Solution:

In Triangle ABC

< ABC + < BCA + <BAC = 180°

45° + < BCA + 30° = 180°

< BCA + 75 = 180

< BCA = 180 - 75

< BCA = 105°

now, < BCA + <ACD = 180°

105 + <ACD = 180

<ACD = 180 - 105

<ACD = 75°

now, < ACD + <CDA = x ........(remote exterior Angle)

75° + 20° = x

x = 95°

Ans. The value of x is 95°

Answer: x = 95 degrees

Step-by-step explanation: 20+45+y=180 (all the angles of a triangle add upto 180 degrees)

Or y=180 - 45 - 20

Or y=180 - 65

Or y=115

Therefore,

y - 30= 85

Therefore,

85 + x = 180(the angles of a linear pair add upto 180)

Or x= 180 - 85

Or x= 95
