$\bigstar$ Firstly, both side L.H.S & R.H.S take L.C.M of denominator :

$\longrightarrow\tt{\dfrac{7x+14}{3} -\dfrac{17-3x}{5} =6x-\dfrac{4x+2}{3} -5}\\\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{\dfrac{35x+90-51+9x}{15} =\dfrac{18x-4x+2-15}{3} }\\\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{\dfrac{44x+39}{15} =\dfrac{14x-13}{3} }\\\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{3(44x+39)=15(14x-13)\:\:\underbrace{\sf{Cross-multiplication}}}\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{132x+117=210x-195}\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{132x-210x=-195-117}\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{-78x=-312}\\\\\longrightarrow\tt{x=\cancel{-312/-78}}\\\\\longrightarrow\bf{x=4}$
