For X :

Two tangents are equal from same point.

PT=TQ

Therefore, angle TPQ = TQP = 54°

In triangle TPQ,

Angle T +angle P + angle Q = 180°

X+54+54= 180°

On solving,

X = 72°

For Y :

Angle OPT= 90°

So Y+ 54 = 90°

So Y= 36°

For Z:

In triangle OPQ, OP=OQ

Therefore OPQ= OQP=Y=36°

Then,

Angle O + angle P + angle Q = 180,

Angle O + 36 + 36 = 180°

Angle O = 108°

Z = 1/2 of angle O(circumference angle is half of centre angle

Z = 108/2 = 54
