given :   \frac{(4 x^{2} -3 y^{2}) }{(2 x^{2} +5 y^{2}) } =  \frac{12}{19}
now cross muliply,
12(2 x^{2} +5 y^{2} )=19(4 x^{2} -3 y^{2} )
then you will ge a equation hen you can solve it by subsitution, elimination or cross muliplication method.
