Given x = 5/2. y =3/4

Required to find
=(x+y)÷(x-y)
=(5/2+3/4)÷(5/2-3/4)

Take LCM of 2,4..we will get 4

=[(5(2) + 3)/4 ÷ (5(2) - 3)/4]

After cancellation of 4 from both numerator and denominator.

= [(10+3) ÷ (10-3)]
= [13 ÷ 7]
= 1.85
