Answer:

x=-7;y=-3/7

(X+y)÷(x-y)

=(-7+(-3/7))÷(-7-(-3/7))

=(-7-3/7)÷(-7+3/7)

=((-49-3)/7)÷((-49+3)/7)

=(-52/7)÷(-46/7)

=-52/7×-7/46

=52/46

=26/23
