Given :  [x-y 2x+z ] [2x-y 3z+w]=[-1 5] [0 13]

To Find : x , y , z and w

Solution:

\left[\begin{array}{ccc}x-y&2x+z \\2x-y&3z+w \end{array}\right] =\left[\begin{array}{ccc}-1&5 \\0&13 \end{array}\right]

x - y = - 1

2x - y = 0

=>  x = 1

    y = 2

2x + z = 5

=> 2 +  z = 5

=>  z = 3

3z + w = 13

=> 3(3) + w = 13

=> w = 4

x = 1

y = 2

z = 3

w = 4
